- Application data: cover letters, assessment answers, video interview recordings, and application status history.
- Usage data: device, browser, and interaction data collected via cookies and analytics.
How we use your information
- To create and manage your account and profile.
- To process and evaluate job applications, assessments, and video interviews.
- To communicate with you about your applications and platform updates.
- To improve our services, prevent fraud, and meet legal obligations.
Sharing your information
We share your profile and application data with recruiting employers only for the roles you apply to. We use trusted service providers (hosting, email, analytics) who process data on our behalf under strict contractual obligations. We never sell your personal information.
Video interviews
Video recordings you submit are stored securely and are accessible only to you and the recruiting team for the relevant role. You may request deletion of your recordings at any time.
Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services and comply with legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time.
Your rights
- Access, correct, or delete your personal information.
- Withdraw consent for processing where applicable.
- Object to or restrict certain processing.
